BMZ POLAND provides out-of-warranty services.
If you have a battery that is out of warranty or has mechanical damage, you can send it to our service at your own expense.
This battery will be diagnosed. The cost of such a diagnosis is 45 EUR/pcs.
After the analysis, we will inform you about results, as well as present a repair offer for repair or in the event that the repair is not possible, the cost of purchasing a new battery.
If you decide to use our services (repair or purchase of a new battery), the costs of diagnostics will be covered by BMZ.
Before sending the battery to the service, send us an e-mail to bmzpolandsupport@bmz-group.com with a description of the fault.
Your inquiry will be registered in our ticket system, it will be assigned an individual number under which we will process your battery.
In the e-mail please also include following information:
- battery name/battery article number
- picture of the plate on the battery
- your company details.
Remember to inform us before shipment whether the battery has mechanical damage - then we will inform you if the battery requires special preparation for transport.
