1. Create a new ticket - Click on the link NEW SUPPORT TICKET


2. Fill in the required fields and click SUBMIT.  


3. You will receive an e-mail with information under which number your notification was registered.

5. You can check the status of your notification at any time


6. Here you will see all the tickets you have submitted, along with the correspondence under them.
